What's included?
A professionally designed website of up to 10 pages, help writing your content, contact forms, hosting, security, backups, maintenance, ongoing updates, and support. One price covers all of it.
What counts as an update, and how fast is it done?
Everyday changes: new hours, photos, prices, staff, testimonials, service descriptions, or contact details. Most are done within 2 business days.
What isn't included?
Large new projects: a full redesign, an online store, custom software, big integrations, advertising, ongoing SEO campaigns, and business email. Those are separate projects. We'll tell you up front if a request falls outside your subscription.
Who owns my domain and content?
You do. Your domain, brand, logo, photos, and business content are yours. We can manage the technical setup, but the domain stays in your name.
What happens after 12 months?
Nothing changes. Your subscription continues month-to-month at the same $299. We keep hosting, maintaining, and updating your website.
What happens if I leave?
The first term is a 12-month commitment, and the details are in your service agreement. After those 12 months you can leave, and you're entitled to a portable copy of your website.
I already have a website or a domain. Does that work?
Yes. You keep your domain. We build the new website and point your domain to it at launch. If you don't have a domain yet, we'll help you register one in your name.
Do you do SEO?
Your website is built on a strong technical foundation so search engines can find and understand it: fast pages, a mobile-friendly design, proper page titles and structure, and analytics. We don't promise rankings, and ongoing SEO campaigns aren't part of the subscription.
How does payment work?
You pay monthly, with $0 upfront. Bank transfer (ACH) is preferred, and cards are accepted.
What do you need from me?
Information about your business, your logo and photos if you have them, and your feedback when you review the site. We handle the rest.
